New upscale lakefront home on beautiful Lake LBJ hosted by Waterhouse Rentals. All 6 bedrooms feature King Size Beds and there is an abundance of space to enjoy all that Lake LBJ has to offer. You can relax poolside in the infinity edge pool and hot tub (pool can be heated for additional fee) while enjoying amazing views. You can also head down to the boat dock and relax in the kid friendly depths of water that start as shallow as 2 feet and work up to 6 feet at the slides.
Don't waste your precious time driving back and forth from other properties located 15 minutes from town, Waterhouse at Lake LBJ Residence I is located on the Llano Arm of Lake LBJ and is in a prime location on the 6,500+ acre constant level lake with quick access to all that Kingsland has to offer. You can walk, boat, or paddleboard to Boat Town, have quick access to HEB, and are a quick boat ride to the sandbar, boat ramp and Wakepoint.

Summary: We have stayed at Waterhouse twice now, and have enjoyed every single minute. The owner is very responsive to all of our needs and questions. This is probably the best vacation house that our family has stayed in. The beds are soooo comfortable, the kitchen is stocked for a chef, and there is plenty of everything you could ever need to make your stay homey. And the lake is wonderful too. We hope to keep coming back year after year.
